Two of the highlight characters in Kalki are that of the silhouette presentation of Lord Krishna and that of Deepika Padukone’s character.
Especially, the Krishna character had particularly good sound mixing and bassy voice. As it turns out, it is Arjun Das, a Tamil actor popular for his vocal prowess who lent his voice for the character.
Including Arjun for the Krishna character is a clever move of Nag Ashwin and this has worked out very well for him.
Coming to Deepika Padukone’s character, it is Telugu actress Sobhita Dulipala who has lent her voice for the role. This is the first time she has done something of this sort. Sobhita being a native Telugu actress could deliver on-point voice sync for Deepika’s character.
This has come a long way in working the right trick for Kalki.
