Rashmika Mandanna was recently confirmed as the leading lady in the Bollywood horror comedy ‘Vampires of Vijay Nagar,’ replacing Samantha Ruth Prabhu. This film belongs to the comedy horror universe of producer Dinesh Vijan.
Rashmika will be the leading lady opposite Ayushmann Khurrana, while the movie will be directed by Aditya Satpodar. The shooting is likely to commence after this year.
Samantha was initially signed to star in the film but opted out of the project in the end. It seems that she dropped out because she didn’t like the final script completely.
This has created a turning point for Rashmika as she is now emerging as a top actress in Hindi cinema. Currently, Rashmika has some big budget movies such as “Pushpa 2,” “Chhaava” and Salman Khan starrer “Sikandar. ”
